Warranty, Return & Refund Policy

International Orders

This website processes domestic (US) orders only. International customers are welcome, but must coordinate directly with us to place an order, arrange payment, and organize shipping.

To place an international order, please contact Jason at jason@1v1fightgear.com. We will work with you personally to confirm product availability, agree on pricing, arrange a payment method, and coordinate international shipping to your location.

All customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by your country are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of the goods. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.

Warranty

American-Made Products

All gloves manufactured by 1v1 Fight Gear in the United States are backed by a manufacturer's defect warranty. If your product arrives with a verified manufacturing defect — including defective stitching, hardware failure, or material flaw present at the time of delivery — we will repair or replace the item at our discretion at no charge.

Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the defect. Defects resulting from normal wear, improper use, or use in training or competition are not covered under warranty.

No refunds, exchanges, or returns are offered on American-made products for any reason other than a verified manufacturer's defect.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible Items

Returns are accepted on imported products (including Geezers Boxing equipment and other non-US-made inventory) subject to the conditions below.

Return Window

You have 15 days from the date of confirmed delivery to initiate a return. The item must be dropped off with the return carrier within that 15-day window. Returns initiated or postmarked after this period will not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. The refund amount issued will reflect the condition of the item as received. Items returned with damage, excessive wear, missing tags, missing packaging, or odor beyond what is consistent with a brief trial period may receive a partial refund or may be deemed ineligible for refund entirely, at our discretion.

Restocking Fee

A flat 15% restocking fee is applied to all eligible returns. This fee is deducted from the refund amount prior to issuance.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked, insured shipping method. 1v1 Fight Gear is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at orders@1v1fightgear.com before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We take payment disputes seriously and maintain complete records of all transactions, order confirmations, shipping labels, and delivery confirmations.

If you have a concern about your order, please contact us directly at orders@1v1fightgear.com before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving legitimate issues promptly and directly.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is considered a violation of this policy. In the event of a chargeback, we will submit all available evidence — including order records, communications, tracking information, and confirmed delivery documentation — to the relevant payment processor or financial institution. We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks we believe to be unwarranted.

Assumption of Risk

Combat sports and martial arts training involve inherent risks, including but not limited to serious bodily injury or death. By purchasing and using any product from 1v1 Fight Gear, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts full and total responsibility for any risk associated with the use of the equipment.

1v1 Fight Gear makes no representation that any product eliminates or reduces the risk of injury in training or competition. All equipment should be used under the supervision of a qualified coach or trainer. It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure that equipment is appropriate for their intended use and fits properly before use.

1v1 Fight Gear shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage — direct or indirect — arising from the use of any product sold on this site.
