1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 1v1 Fight Gear website (1v1fightgear.com) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

2. Products and Pricing

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, specifications, and prices at any time without prior notice. All prices are in US dollars. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

In-stock products are shipped as described. Custom orders are made to order and subject to production timelines described at checkout.

3. Custom Orders — Deposits and Payments

All custom boxing gloves require a 50% deposit at the time of order submission. The remaining 50% balance is due before production begins and before your order ships.

The first custom graphic per glove is included in the base price. Each additional graphic is $30 per pair. Additional charges will be reflected in your total at checkout.

We will contact you via email after receiving your design submission to confirm specifications and collect the balance payment before production.

4. Custom Orders — Cancellations and Refunds

Custom orders are made specifically to your specifications and are non-refundable once production has begun. If you need to cancel before production starts, contact us within 48 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Deposits are non-refundable after the 48-hour cancellation window.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right at our expense.

5. Standard (In-Stock) Orders — Returns

In-stock, non-customized products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition with original packaging. Contact us at orders@1v1fightgear.com to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

6. Shipping

We ship within the continental United States. Production times for custom orders are typically 6–10 weeks from confirmation of final payment and design approval. Standard in-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Once a shipment is handed to the carrier, the tracking number will be emailed to you.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, designs, logos, and the 3D customizer — is the property of 1v1 Fight Gear and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

By submitting a custom design, you confirm that any graphics, logos, or artwork you upload are either your own original work or that you have the legal right to use them. You agree to indemnify 1v1 Fight Gear against any claims arising from intellectual property infringement in your submitted designs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1v1 Fight Gear's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
